I lead startup sourcing and screening, preparing high-potential opportunities for our investor community. I also manage public affairs and ecosystem relations, collaborating with institutional partners, investors, and international networks to strengthen MFounders’ growth and visibility.

Investment thesis

MFounders backs ambitious founders building venture-scale companies with a strong connection to Morocco and its diaspora. We focus on resilient, execution-driven teams solving large structural problems with the potential to scale internationally from day one. We primarily invest at seed stage, typically once an MVP and early commercial validation are in place. Beyond the opportunity itself, we look for founders with strong execution ability, clarity of vision, and the capacity to attract talent and adapt quickly. Our edge combines capital with hands-on support from a highly engaged network of entrepreneurs, operators, and investors across Morocco, Europe, and beyond. We help founders bridge the gap between early traction and institutional VC readiness through mentoring, strategic guidance, governance support, and access to international networks and follow-on capital.
