Kyto-Prod is an industrial biotech project that aims to extract chitosan from crab flour and other crustaceans for the production of cosmetic, para-pharmaceutical, and environmental products based on chitosan, a natural biopolymer obtained after transforming the chitin present in crustacean shells.
